The benefits of cold showers & cold therapy.
Cold showers are both beneficial for both your mind and your body. They are known to reduce stress levels, create a strong immune response, increase the stimulation of the vagus nerve, and more. Start by slowly lowering the temperature at the end of a usual shower. Get the water cold enough that you start to feel uncomfortable. Then, stay underneath the water for 2 or 3 minutes.
