Service Description

Join the community for mindful movement, energy medicine, relaxing sound bath and meditation. Please bring yoga mat and any props that bring comfort to you. Contact me if you'd like to borrow yoga mat etc. We will practice outdoors behind the donkey pasture if the weather permits. Indoors in Mishoga space in case of inclement weather. Minimum of two participants required.
