Sound Bath Workshop

Come join us for another relaxing sound emersion during this wanning moon and set your intention for your highest good.

This 2 hour workshop includes : mindful movement, meditation and intention setting to prepare you for 1h and 15min. long sound bath .

Please bring your mat and water bottle to stay hydrated.

Please reach out to me if you need chair instead.

Blankets and bolsters will be available to you.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes ahead of time to set up your comfy little nest for sound bath.

Please dress in layers as you may cool down during our sound bath.

Put in GPS "Tony's Pizza in Coopersburg" . The parking lot for Pizza place and Five Elements Holistic Health is the same.
