My career has led me down many paths of fitness. I have worked as a Personal Trainer helping people achieve their fitness goals, taught Aerobic, Dance and Specialty Fitness classes and have managed gyms to operate successfully.

In the mid 1990's I started a personal practice of Yoga on the advice of my doctor. My first class was very impressionable. The many benefits of a yoga practice would present themselves as I have become more involved. I love Yoga and deeply believe in it. I personally know how transformational and empowering a consistent practice can be. It can be the savior to getting a life back on track emotionally and physically. The Yoga community is growing larger day by day because the system works on all levels, for this reason, I am committed in educating as many as possible about the benefits associated with a consistent Yoga practice. This includes Children, Adults and especially Seniors.Limitation of movement or disability has no bearing on participation of yoga.We all start from where we are today, at this very moment, and embrace all that present itself to us.

I am available by appointment for Group, Private, Corporate Instruction and for educational lectures pertaining to the topic of "Seniors and Yoga". I also enjoy sharing my knowledge and services for Fundraising, and worthy Charity Events.
